FAS Rebrands: New company name is nTact
Senior management team named following restructuring
Dallas, TX –- May 15, 2011- (Virtual Press Office) – FAS Holdings Group, LLC (FAS) announced that, following a corporate and capital restructuring, the company has changed its name and brand to nTact. Although the legal entity name will remain FAS Holdings Group, LLC, the company will be operating under the brand and doing business as nTact. The Company launched its new website, nTact.com, with its new logo last Friday, May 13, 2011. The company will unveil its new rebranding at the Society for Information Display (SID) Display Week Conference & Exhibition in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday, May 17, 2011.
As part of the company restructuring, several members of the senior management team have taken on new positions within the Company. David A. Torres, former President of FAS, has accepted the role of CEO in the newly re-structured company. Stephen R. Newman, former Sr. Vice President, Engineering of FAS, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Greg Gibson, former Chief Technical Offier of FAS, has been appointed President. Miguel Friedrich has been appointed Vice President of Sales.
Other appointments were also named to the nTact management team, including: Scott Snodgrass, Director of Engineering and Ms. Alexis McCain, Director of Human Resources. The company seeks to fill additional key positions in the coming weeks.
