SNAPDRAGON FOODS Launches Asian Culinary Spice Stir-Fry Pastes
at 2012 Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – JANUARY 5, 2012- (Virtual Press Office) – Snapdragon Foods (http://www.snapdragonfood.com) announces the introduction of its Asian Culinary Spice line in easy-to-use stir-fry pastes. The line will be unveiled at the 2012 Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco to be held at the Moscone Center January 15-17, 2012. Snapdragon Foods will be located in Booth #776 in the North Hall.

The Asian Culinary Spice line features easy-to-use pastes which were developed using Snapdragon’s signature pan-Asian spice and seasoning blends. The product development team at Snapdragon Foods desired to develop authentic flavors from Asia that were “on trend” for bolder flavor profiles. The flavors will appeal to the home chef consumer looking for something new, but didn’t want to go through the hassle of searching for hard-to-find Asian ingredients. Snapdragon brings these authentic pan-Asian flavors here to mainstream grocery with quick and easy-to-prepare meal solutions that the whole family can enjoy.
Featured in the new Asian Culinary Spice Stir-Fry Paste line are six flavors packaged in convenient single-use 2.6 oz. envelopes: Korean Fiery Chili, Spicy Mongolian, Pad Thai with Asian Citrus, Thai Ginger, Vietnamese Sweet & Sour and Mandarin Orange. The Paste line also includes three flavors in 8 oz. jars: Pad Thai Ginger, Mu Shu and Thai Sweet & Sour. These flavors are absolutely delicious and all are made from natural ingredients.
