PROJECTS OF ATRIUM POLAND REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT AT MAPIC FAIR

Atrium European Real Estate, a leading owner, operator and developer of commercial properties and shopping centres in Central and Eastern Europe, will come to this year's MAPIC Fair to present a projects from its portfolio - both existing properties and planned developments.  Atrium Poland Real Estate Management has 21 retail properties offering a total leasable area of ca. 389 th. sq m. The investor will first of all present three projects at the Fair - shopping centres: Atrium Promenada in Warsaw, Atrium Copernicus in Toruń and Atrium Felicity now being built in Lublin, to open towards the end of 2013.

Its portfolio is comprised of 155 retail properties, including in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Russia. The company's entire portfolio is worth  2.17 billion euros, with shopping centres in Poland accounting for 47 percent. Poland is the key area of AERE business. Atrium Poland Real Estate shopping centres report a very high commercialisation level -  97.1 percent.

Atrium Poland Real Estate Management manages 21 retail properties in Poland. Effective management of these centres allows the company to gradually increase the value of its domestic portfolio - over the first 9 months of 2012 it grew by 3.2 percent compared to the level reported at 31 December 2011.  

Atrium Poland Real Estate Management, in conjunction with Atrium European Real Estate Group, will present three projects from their Polish portfolio at the MAPIC Fair - shopping centres: Atrium Promenada in Warsaw,  Atrium Copernicus in Toruń and Atrium Felicity in Lublin.
