NEW MIXED-USE PROJECT IN DOWNTOWN WARSAW
(Virtual Press Office
) - Visitors to the MAPIC fair will have the first-ever opportunity to familiarise themselves with the new mixed-use project – Hala Koszyki. Located in the very heart of Warsaw, it will offer 10 000 sq m of retail space and 10 000 sq m of office space. A fund managed by Griffin Group is the investor of the project. Hala Koszyki is on display at the PRCH Meeting Point in Palais de Festivals, stand 22.13, level -1.
Hala Koszyki will revitalise a site which boasts a trading tradition of more than one hundred years. Its location is simply excellent – downtown Warsaw, close to Politechnika underground station, tram and bus stops. Customers arriving by car will find a parking in a two-story underground garage.
The centre will offer space for modern city residents – a place to meet, go shopping and enjoy unique architecture and art. Level "-1" will attract customers with delicatessen store, shops and service outlets. The ground and first floors will house a superb selection of restaurants, cafes, beer and wine bars, tearooms and offer a wide variety of culinary delights. This section will also feature sophisticated interior design stores, modern design shops, art galleries as well as stores for hobbyists, travel buffs and book lovers.
A fund managed by Griffin Group is the investor, DTZ is the letting agent for the retail section and Colliers acts as letting agent for the office section. The project is designed by JEMS Architekci.
