RHDF presents land plots to international investors at MIPIM 2013

Russian Housing Development Foundation will take part in the International Real Estate Show for Professionals MIPIM 2013, which takes place in Cannes on March 12-15, 2013. RHDF delegation is leaded by Alexander Braverman, its CEO.

On the 13th of March RHDF will hold a conference “Invest in Russian housing development: low risks and high profits” focused on creation of investor-friendly climate in construction industry. Participants of the conference are RHDF top-managers, representatives of large international companies, Russian authorities and developers.

RHD Foundation is a traditional exhibitor at MIPIM. Visitors of RHDF stand (LR2.06) will get detailed information about the Foundation’s activities such as improving of business climate for construction of affordable housing, development of construction materials industry, implementation of joint projects with international investors and creation of investors-friendly climate in Russia. At their stand RHDF has planned a series of meetings with Russian and international developers, investors and authorities.

Visitors of RHDF stand will get information about RHD Foundation land plots of total area more than 770 ha, which will be presented at the auctions in 2nd and 3rd quarters of 2013. These land plots are designated for integrated residential development projects and facilities for production of construction materials. They are located in Leningrad, Novosibirsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar and Perm regions.

Representatives of RHD Foundation are also planning to take an active part in MIPIM conference program.

In 2010-2012 RHDF has implemented various integrated site development projects. Total area of constructed housing units is more than 700 000 sq.m. and total projects’ area exceeds 1 000 000 sq.m. Share of economy class housing in these projects is 45%. More than 14 000 000 sq.m. of housing in 36 Russian regions are on design, planning and construction stages. Share of economy class housing in these projects will be 69%. Thank to coordination of RHDF activities with developers, authorities, municipalities and utilities providers terms of project implementation have been reduced twice in comparison to similar non-RHDF projects.
