Toronto / Los Angeles –April 2, 2013 – (Virtual Press Office) -- Entertainment One (eOne) is unveiling a diverse slate of new factual programming at MIPTV including Perfect Storms, Dangerous Persuasions, Panic Button, Who the F**K is Arthur Fogel? and Offbeat Roads.

"In addition to our scripted lineup, we're bringing an incredibly unique and diverse slate of factual programming that ranges from True Crime recon to a Pop Culture feature doc," commented Prentiss Fraser, Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales and Acquisitions, eOne Television International.  "Our factual catalogue continues to expand with high-end content sure to complement a variety of program schedules."

Perfect Storms (6 x 60 minute documentary series) - The biggest and most consequential disasters of all time are captured in this riveting documentary about the emotional damage these extreme weather conditions can reek upon people's lives.  Combining modern technology, on-the-ground investigation, detailed scientific analysis, aerial photography, visual effects and eyewitness interviews, Perfect Storms investigates every angle of these massively impactful events, many of which have never been explored on television before. The series is produced by eOne for Canada's History Television and UKTV.

Dangerous Persuasions (6 x 60 minute) - Through the first-hand testimony of the victims, these intimate, gripping, personal accounts and dramatic reconstructions reveal how normal people are brainwashed into a web of deceit by malicious manipulators. Under the influence of dark forces, they're coerced into committing extreme acts that change their lives forever. Every story has the twists and turns of the best Hollywood thrillers, but the difference is these astonishing events really happened. The series was developed by RAW, with HISTORY on board as the Canadian broadcaster for a UK Canada Treaty Co-Production. It was developed for Investigation Discovery in the US.

Panic Button (10 x 60 minute) - Real people, Real fears – Panic Button is more than a reality show, it's a unique psychological experiment that pushes people to their limit and helps them overcome their deepest fears. Each week, six subjects enter a Haunted House determined to complete four levels of terrifying challenges, like travelling through a dark, twisted, claustrophobic maze filled with horrifying images, solving a mind-bending puzzle while insects crawl in their clothing or enduring the feeling of being submerged in water with creatures all around them. Some will succeed and achieve victory over their fears, others will fall short of their goal and choose their only means of escape - pushing their Panic Button. Created by 11 Television, the game series will air Space in Canada. Format rights available as well.

Who the F**K is Arthur Fogel? (90 minute feature documentary) – Who the F**K is Arthur Fogel? is a fascinating look at the world of a quiet man at the center of the high octane global music industry. Through interviews with colleagues, industry insiders and the superstars who trust him, like Madonna, U2, David Bowie and Lady Gaga, this intriguing documentary reveals how the most successful international tour producer creates mega-sized live events for some of the biggest names in the business. Produced by Ron Chapman, the series will air on TMN/MC in Canada.

Offbeat Roads: The Danakil Diaries (6 x 30 minute) - Offbeat Roads is an adrenaline-filled, extreme adventure led by outdoor enthusiast, humanitarian and avid cyclist Scott Robinson as he fearlessly takes 16 international cyclists across some of the most dangerous and hottest terrain on earth. It's an uphill test of will and spirit against blistering temperatures, depleting water supplies and each other as the group learns to cope with the culture shock and language barriers in the major cities and remote villages; but it's the joyous moments - being greeted by 100 school children singing and celebrating and exploring ancient churches on a picturesque mountain, that make the trip worthwhile. Produced by Nu Vu Films in association with Zenga Bros, the series airs on Travel+Escape in Canada.

eOne will also bring new seasons of returning hit shows including seasons 4 of The Devil You Know (W Network, Own, ID: Investigation Discovery) and Very Bad Men (Global, ID: Investigation Discovery).
