Industry Veteran Bill Linton to join Board of UXP Systems Inc.

UXP Adds Former Cable and Telecom Executive to Board of Directors

TORONTO, ON – September 6, 2012– (Virtual Press Office) - UXP Systems (www.uxpsystems.com), provider of the leading platform to aggregate, personalize and orchestrate multiscreen services for cable and telecom operators, has announced that Industry Veteran Bill Linton has decided to join their board effective September 1, 2012.

Most recently, Mr. Linton served as the Executive Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Rogers Communications from 2005 until his retirement in July 2012. Prior to Rogers, Mr. Linton served as President and CEO of Sprint Canada, Chairman and CEO of Prior Data Services Inc, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SHL Systemhouse, Inc, among others. “Bill has an outstanding record of achievement in the telecommunications and technology sector in North America, and we look forward to his guidance and perspective to help continue UXP’s growth moving forward”, said Gemini Waghmare, CEO and founder of UXP Systems Inc.

Mr. Linton holds a bachelor of commerce degree from St. Mary's University, is a chartered accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
