Former National Geographic TV International Executive to Join at MIPCOM
NEW YORK, NY – OCTOBER 7, 2012 – (Virtual Press Office) -- Veria Living Worldwide, (www.verialiving.com/programsales), a multiplatform media company devoted to showcasing healthy lifestyle and wellness programming, has appointed television industry executive Anthony Kimble to the newly-created position as Head of Sales UK & Europe. After joining Veria Living Worldwide at MIPCOM (Stand #G3.07), he will be based in Company's London offices. Mr. Kimble will be responsible for leading sales teams, implementing strategies and overseeing new sales initiatives.

Prior to joining Veria Living Worldwide, Mr. Kimble served as vice president of sales, acquisitions and co-productions at National Geographic Television International (NGTI) where he also headed the business affairs teams and optimized and renegotiated key output deal agreements.
From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Kimble ran his own company with a clientele that included Mentorn Media, Diverse Productions, Zodiak, Eyeworks, CAA, One Three Television Ltd. (a joint venture between Mark Burnett Productions and Hearst Entertainment), Essential Media, Big Pictures and APA.
Earlier in his career, he was director of international sales and co-productions at 3DD Entertainment Group, where he controlled a team of sales executives. From 2006-2007, he was head of co-productions at Channel Five Broadcasting serving as an important asset to the negotiation of the Company's first pair of scripted co-production deals with Oxygen and Network Ten Australia. Earlier in his career, he served as a commercial director with Zig Zag Productions, directly responsible for Zig Zag's first U.S. Network commission with Fox. He began in the industry with TVF International.
